Pack the clothes securely in perfect original sale-able condition in the original packaging and with all tags attached. Send the return package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

    Once we receive your returned clothes and verify their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.     The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain clothing items, including but not limited to: a. Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel, for reasons of hygiene. b. Custom-made or personalized clothing items. c. Clothing items that have been altered or modified based on your request.
