Returns & exchanges are valid within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in a resellable condition with original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees involved with a return or exchange. 

If you request a refund, you must return the item first. We cannot refund shipping costs, but only merchandise that was purchased. You are still required to pay shipping costs to return the package.

If you request an exchange, you must return the item first. After we receive the item we will send you the exchanged item of your choice (if still in stock) free of charge. If the price is more you will get a bill for the difference which will have to be paid first. If the item of exchange is less than the returned item you will receive the difference within 5-10 days on your account. 

We are not responsible for any damage to packages that may have occurred by the shipping service.
